• 方法一:由甲基壬酮或α-壬基丙烯醛与一氯乙酸乙酯在乙醇钠存在下反应而得。 可由相应的缩水甘油酸(glycidic acid)裂解而得。

• 用途三:该品有强烈的柑桔香气，兼有龙涎香气息。用于茉莉、龙涎、素馨兰等香精配制，作化妆、皂用、食用香精的调香原料。
