• 免疫抑制药:双醋瑞因又称二乙酰二氢蒽羧酸、1,8-二乙酰基-3-羧基蒽醌、达赛瑞英、安必丁，是一种新的白介素（IL）-1抑制剂，化学名称为二乙酰大黄酸，属蒽醌类的化合物，本品可诱导软骨生成、具有止痛、抗炎及退热作用，也可显著改善骨关节炎患者的关节功能，延缓病程，减轻疼痛，提高患者的生活质量，具有较好的安全性，临床主要用于治疗骨关节炎(OA)而发挥抗菌作用。 溶解性：易溶于二甲基亚砜、二甲基乙酰胺；难溶于水、甲醇、氯仿。 双醋瑞因和其活性代谢物大黄(rhein)通过抑制IL-1转换酶而减少IL-1β的产生和活性。作用机制包括： 1,抑制滑膜组织中IL-1的合成。 2,抑制软骨细胞中IL-1受体的表达。 3,抑制IL-1的活性。 4,阻遏胶原酶及基质溶解素等金属蛋白酶和过氧化物的生成。 5,促进胶原及氨基多糖的合成。 6,抑制白细胞的趋化作用及稳定溶酶体。 双醋瑞因不改变肾脏和血小板的环氧化酶活性，不抑制前列腺素和成，因此前列腺素依赖性肾功能障碍病人可以耐受。 口服50mg，PPB为99%，Tmax为2.2 h，Cmax为3.2 mg/L，AUC为21.3 mg·h/L， T1/2β为4.3 h。与食物同服可增加本品的Tmax和AUC值。 不良反应：50%的患者可出现腹泻、腹痛及软便。
