  • 方法一:环乙胺的制备方法主要有4种。 硫酸酯化法 先由乙醇胺与硫酸酯化,再用氢氧化钠环化而得。NH 2 CH 2 CH 2 OH+H 2 SO 4 →NH 2 CH 2 CH 2 OSO 3 H 将30kg乙醇胺(100%)和25kg水加入反应锅内,在搅拌下缓缓滴入50kg 98%的硫酸,温度控制在10~30℃;加毕,保温搅拌0.5h,然后加热至50℃,减压脱水,在7.99kPa、148℃、反应物呈白色结晶时结束。也可脱水至微有结晶析出,冷却结晶,过滤,用少量水洗,过滤,干燥,制得氨乙醇硫酸氢酯。 将氨乙醇硫酸氢酯投入200kg 30%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加热升温至100℃,蒸出环乙胺和水,得馏出液125kg(含量9%~10%)。 另一种操作方法是,馏出液在冰浴中冷却,加固体氢氧化钠脱水,静置分层;取油层再用氢氧化钾脱水,精馏,收集55~75℃馏分,得环乙胺,以乙醇胺计,收率45%。 二氯乙烷法 在氯化氢受体或助催化剂存在下与氨作用而得。 上述反应在氧化钙存在下进行,反应温度为100℃,收率约60%。此法是新发展的方法,收率高于乙醇胺气相脱水法。 2-氯乙胺法 2-氯乙胺或其盐酸盐在60~70℃下与氢氧化钠(30%水溶液)反应而得。 乙醇胺气相脱水法 在高温和气相条件下经催化脱水而得。 以乙醇胺为原料气相脱水制备环乙胺是最简单的方法,但由于转化率和选择性尚不够理想,还未实现工业化。
