  • 方法一:由对硝基苯胺和苯甲酰氯缩合而得。将对硝基苯胺、苯甲酰氯和氯化锌加入反应罐内搅拌,加热使物料全部熔化。升温至140℃,保温30min。继续升温至200℃左右,保温反应2h,冷至115-120℃,搅拌水解15h。加入2.5倍稀盐酸,冷至35℃,过滤。滤饼用稀盐酸洗涤,滤干。加4倍量的水搅成糊状,加碱到pH为11,浸泡2-3h(浸泡过程中要补加碱,加碱到pH为11)。过滤,滤饼用水洗使pH为6-7。滤干,干燥得二苯酮粗品。加适量活性炭和10倍量的乙醇,加热回流4h。趁热过滤。滤液冷却结晶。甩滤,滤饼用冷乙醇洗涤,滤干,干燥即得。收率为25%。
