  • 方法一:乙基硫化物由无水乙醇与五硫化二磷反应而得。 原有工艺所得产品含量85%~87%,收率为85%左右。新工艺使用催化剂,使收率和产品质量大为提高。该工艺过程为:按一定比例在搅拌下将五硫化二磷加到上批硫化物的母液中,加适量催化剂,减压下加入无水酒精,温度控制在50~65℃(最高不超过80℃),15~25min内加完,继续在50~65℃保温反应10~20min后冷却到45℃以下,静置,出料得产品。反应中生成的硫化氢气体用碱液吸收。收率90%~92%,产品含量91%~93%。
