  • 方法一:66.5g(0.5mol)四氢喹啉和400g1-溴-3-氯丙烷在150-160℃油浴中加热20h,冷却后加入50ml浓盐酸和500ml水,进行水蒸气蒸馏,除去过量的1-溴-3-氯丙烷。用40%氢氧化钠将剩余物调至碱性,用乙醚提取。乙醚提取液用水洗涤,经粒状氢氧化钠干燥,蒸除乙醚,减压蒸馏,收集105-110℃(0.133kPa)馏分,得67-70g久洛尼定。
