  • 齐墩果:齐墩果又称“油橄榄”是地中海地区非常典型的一种木本油料植物。属于木犀科。古代希腊人和犹太人把齐墩果作为和平的标志。在西斑牙、意大利和阿根廷,齐墩果林占据着巨大的面积。其它地方分布较少。齐墩果是一种高达3—7米的乔木,叶片常绿,核果,长达1—3厘米,中果皮含有25—40%的齐墩果油,含丰富的维生素,易被有机体消化。在医药上这种油用以预防动脉硬化。目前主要是以栽培或者野生状态生长着。油橄榄属总共约有60个种,如金叶齐墩果(olea chrysophylla)、齐墩果(O.europaea)和栽培齐墩果(oleaeuropaea var. communis)等。 齐墩果植物图

  • 齐墩果酸的作用:1,齐墩果酸具有消炎、镇静,强心、利尿、降血脂、降血糖以及护肝降酶、增强免疫和抑制S180瘤株生长等作用,是开发治疗肝病和降血糖等药物有效成分。 2,齐墩果酸对染色体损伤有保护作用,对实验性动脉粥样硬化有预防作用。临床用于治疗传染性急性黄疸型肝炎,慢性病毒性肝炎,具有明显的降低谷丙转氨酶及退黄效果。 3,齐墩果酸具有抑制肝纤维增生的作用,经齐墩果酸治疗的肝纤维化的大鼠,肝纤维增生严重并明显减轻,肝胶原蛋白含量减少,提示具有防治肝硬化的作用。 4,降低肝硬化大鼠脑匀浆酷氨酸水平:由于脑匀浆酷氨酸水平明显下降,可抑制假性神经递质的生成,故有利于肝性脑病的防治。 5,齐墩果酸胶囊为肝病辅助用药类非处方药药品,用于急慢性肝炎的辅助治疗。对肝损伤有一定的保护作用,可使升高的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶下降,促进肝细胞再生,加速坏死组织的修复。
