• 方法一:由邻硝基苯酚经硝化而得。将邻硝基苯酚、冰醋酸、浓硫酸和硝酸配成的反应混合物在55-60℃搅拌反应半小时。反应毕，将硝化物倒入冰水中析出结晶，过滤、干燥即得粗制品。将粗品溶于氢氧化钠溶液中，加热至80℃，加入氯化钡溶液。冷至35℃，过滤，用水洗涤黄色的钡盐结晶。将钡盐加入碳酸钠溶液中，热至80℃再加入氯化钡溶液，冷至35℃，滤出第二次钡盐。将其又一次加入碳酸钠溶液中，加热至70-80℃，过滤，滤液用18%盐酸酸化至pH为1，即得到2,6-二硝基苯酚。
