• 方法一:由庚内酰胺（[673-66-5]）经硫代，还原而得。1.硫代将庚内酰胺加入水中，加热至60℃开始投入五硫化磷，温度控制在85-95℃，约1.5h加完。升温至115-118℃，搅拌反应0.5h。降温105℃，滴加水，分解1h。降温至30℃，过滤。滤液冷却结晶，得硫代庚内酰胺粗品，将母液加盐酸再析出粗品。合并粗品溶于酒精，加活性炭脱色，过滤，结晶，得精制的硫代庚内酰胺。2.还原将乙醇、精制硫代庚内酰胺及钾硼氢加入反应锅混合，加热至74℃，在回流下滴加水，约3h加完，再继续回流1h。降温至30℃以下，加盐酸至pH值为1。升温至沸，赶尽硫化氢。蒸馏回收乙醇后再降温至20℃以下，加液碱至pH为14。然后进行水蒸气蒸馏。馏出液用二甲苯萃取，加无水碳酸钠干燥，过滤，得环庚亚胺二甲苯溶液。脱溶即得成品。
