  • 方法二:以混二甲苯为原料，先用98%硫酸磺化，使间二甲苯生成间二甲苯磺酸盐。从磺化反应物中分离出含邻、对二甲苯的油层，水洗、干燥，减压蒸馏出邻、对二甲苯。间二甲苯磺酸盐经水解可得副产品间二甲苯。由邻、对二甲苯经氯化即得1，4-双（三氯甲基）苯：在反应锅中投入邻、对二甲苯，再加入过氧化苯甲酰和三乙醇胺。加热到70℃后，在光照射下导入氯气，于70-80℃反应6h，再升温至100-120℃继续反应，至反应液相对密度达到1.560-1.580（65℃），即为反应终点，停止通氯，减压脱除余氯。降温至5℃，过滤，洗涤得粗品，重结晶，活性炭脱色得成品。
