  • 概述:六甲基磷酰三胺又名六磷胺、六甲基磷酰胺,由二甲胺和三氯氧磷反应制得。分子量179.2。为无色或淡黄色透明液体。微具腥涩味。相对密度1.0253~1.0257 (20℃),折射率1.4582~1.4589 (20℃),凝固点2~7℃,沸点116~117℃ (1480Pa)。溶于极性和非极性溶剂。可与常用的增塑剂如邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、亚磷酸三苯酯以任意比例互溶。毒性与磷酸酯相近。避免与皮肤接触。盛装的容器应坚固密闭,以防损漏和吸水变质。六甲基磷酰三胺为聚氯乙烯的光稳定剂,使制品户外防老化性能优良,耐候性极好,故有聚氯乙烯高效耐候剂之称。在聚氯乙烯薄膜中添加本品2~5份,既可显著提高其耐候性和耐寒性,又可降低加工温度10℃。本品还可作为聚苯硫醚、聚氨酯、聚酰胺等多种高分子材料的优良极性溶剂,提高树脂质量,简化工艺,降低成本。加于乙丙橡胶中可以提高弹性和耐油性。也可作为丙烯本体聚合的助催化剂,提高主催化剂的催化效率。
  • 方法一:由二甲胺与碱氯氧磷反应而得。将二甲胺和三氯氧磷在溶剂三氧乙烯中反应,温度控制在40-60℃,反应时加入氨作为缚酸剂,与生成的氯化氢作用成为氯化铵沉淀。反应结束后,过滤。滤液回收三氯乙烯后用碱处理,再进行蒸馏,收集113-118℃(2.0kPa)馏分即得六甲基磷酰三胺。清华紫光集团总公司与生产厂合作开发无溶剂法新工艺产品纯度达99.2以上。工业品六甲基磷酰三胺为无色或淡黄色透明液体。催化剂级含量≥99.5%,一级品≥99.0%,二级品≥98.0%。原料消耗定额:二甲胺2410kg/t、二氯氧磷1610kg/t、液氨430kg/t。
