  • 方法一:扑草净以扑灭津为中间体，再经甲硫化反应合成。 扑灭津的合成 扑灭津也是一种均三嗪类除草剂，化学名称为2-氯-4，6-二异丙氨基均三嗪。由三聚氯氰与异丙胺在碱性条件下反应制得。操作过程：在低于5℃下，投入一定量的三聚氯氰和4倍量的水于反应锅中，搅拌溶解后，控制0～10℃，匀速滴加计量的异丙胺，加毕升温15～30℃，加入计量的碱，于35℃反应2h，最后使物料呈碱性，经离心分离，水洗至中性，供下步反应使用。 扑草净的合成 中间体扑灭津与硫化钠经“巯桥”反应生成二硫化物，再与氢氧化钠经空气氧化反应，生成相应的含巯基钠的化合物，最后与硫酸二甲酯反应合成扑草净。操作过程：于反应釜中加入适量的水与计量已溶的硫化钠和硫黄水溶液，而后在搅拌下投入一定量的扑灭津，升温至100～105℃，反应5h，随后加入一定量的液碱，继续反应1h，并通入空气氧
