  • 方法一:4-羟基二苯醚的制备方法很多，其中两条工艺路线原料成本低，工艺简单。 对苯二酚与溴苯反应 以对苯二酚为原料，加入二甲基亚砜溶剂及96％氢氧化钾溶液，同时通入氮气，搅拌下加热至140℃时，缓慢滴加溴苯溶液，在(145±5)℃温度下反应8h；反应完毕，水相经盐酸酸化，析出结晶，收率为88％～89％。 对氯苯酚法 向装有温度计、分水器和磁力搅拌器的500mL三口瓶中加入235g(2.50mol)苯酚、42.1g(0.75mol)氢氧化钠和150mL甲苯，加热分出水。脱溶剂后，加入1.75g铜盐作催化剂，滴加64.3g(0.50 mol)对氯苯酚，在175℃下反应8h。回收苯酚后，用稀盐酸进行酸化。用乙醚提取，用水洗。干燥后蒸馏，收集145～152℃(800Pa)馏分，得产品60g，收率64%，m. p. 83～84℃(文献值m. p. 85～86℃)。
