  • 羟甲香豆素:4-甲基伞形酮又称为羟甲香豆素、胆通,是一种新型利胆药,属香豆素衍生物,常温下为白色或类白色结晶性粉末,无臭,无味。不溶于水,略溶于甲醇、乙醇,易溶于氢氧化钠溶液,对胆道口括约肌有舒张作用,具有较强的解痉、 镇痛作用,同时也能温和、持续地促进胆汁分泌,加强胆囊收缩和抑菌作用,具有明显的利胆作用,有利于结石排出,对胆总管结石有一定排石效果。尚可降低肝酶,使之恢复正常。临床主要用于胆囊炎、胆道感染、胆结石、胆道术后综合征。部分原有丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高的患者,服药后随炎症的消除而恢复正常,个别有头晕、腹胀、胸闷、皮疹、腹泻等,停药后自行消失。大剂量可引起胆汁过度分泌与腹泻。梗阻性和传染性黄疸性肝炎者慎用。
