  • 理化性质与吩噻嗪的作用:吩噻嗪是由硫、氮原子连接两个苯环(吩噻嗪母核)组成的一种有机芳香化合物,从乙醇或苯中重结晶者为正交晶系黄色或灰绿色棱柱状晶体,从甲苯或丁醇中析出者为黄色叶片状结晶,随水蒸气一起挥发。相对分子质量199.28。熔点186~189℃。沸点371℃、290℃(5.333×103Pa)、130℃(0.133× 103Pa)升华。不溶于水、石油醚和氯仿,微溶于乙醇和矿物油,溶于乙醚和丙酮,易溶于苯和热醋酸,25℃的溶解度(g/100g):丙酮25.40、乙醇 3.40、苯32.0。在日照下及空气中,颜色变深,贮存时可加0.3%的甲胺予以保护。有杂质时颜色也易变深。遇酸及酸蒸气时分解,并产生有毒的氧化氮和氧化硫气体。吩噻嗪具有升华性,有微弱的异臭,对皮肤有刺激性,可引起斑疹,也能经皮吸收,引起内脏障碍。大鼠经口LD50 5000mg/kg。工作场所最高允许浓度5mg/m3。实验室通过将二苯胺与硫同时加热,直至无硫化氢气体放出即得。吩噻嗪为制造次甲基蓝染料的中间体,也可用以制造一类重要的安定药及抗组织胺药如氯丙嗪、奋乃静、异丙嗪及甲硫哒嗪等。另外吩噻嗪还可用作醋酸乙烯的阻聚剂、橡胶用防老剂的原料、合成染料、药物、果树杀虫剂和牲畜驱虫剂等。 以上信息由Chemicalbook的晓楠编辑整理。
