方法一:将氰乙酸乙酯、原甲酸三乙酯、乙酐依次加入反应锅，搅拌加热至140℃，回流反应4h后，减压蒸馏至无馏出液为止。冷却，结晶，过滤，以适量乙醇洗涤，干燥，得乙氧次甲基氰乙酸乙酯。
