  • 方法一:由对硝基酚经溴化而得。对硝基酚与冰醋酸混合后搅拌,使之全部溶解,在20-25℃慢慢加入溴和冰醋酸的混合溶液,约3h加完,加毕搅拌1h,在85℃保温1h。通压缩合赶去溴,加水搅拌析出沉淀,冷却6h,过滤,用50%乙酸洗涤结晶,然后用水洗,在40-60℃下干燥得粗品。再用乙酸重结晶而得成品。
