  • 方法一:由丙二醇与溴氢酸反应而得。先向溴氢酸中加入浓硫酸和1,3-丙二醇，然后再慢慢滴入浓硫酸，在砂浴上回流7h，然后蒸出粗品，将粗品用水洗一次，用10%硫代硫酸钠溶液洗2-3次，10%碳酸钠洗两次，分去水层，用无水氯化钙干燥。经常压分馏，收集159-168℃馏分而得成品。
