Solubility二氧化硫脲对湿敏感。在沸水中立即分解。在微碱性溶液中则分解为尿素和次硫酸。易溶于水,水溶液呈微酸性,溶于浓硫酸,微溶于冰乙酸,不溶于乙醚和苯等有机溶剂。加热至142-143℃分解。有刺激性。水中溶解度: 30 g/L (20°C)

Appearance 二氧化硫脲(1758-73-2)为白色无臭晶体粉末,是一种既无氧化性又无还原性的稳定化合物。熔点126℃左右,但加热到100℃以上时,则慢慢分解,在110℃时就分解生成SO2,继续加热,则分解为尿素和亚硫酸。20℃时,在1L水中的溶解度为26.7g,其水溶液呈酸性,不溶于醚和苯。在碱的作用下,能分解为尿素和亚硫酸钠。

  • 方法一:由硫脲与双氧水反应而得。在反应锅加入蒸馏水,搅拌,用冷冻盐水将锅内温度降至8-10℃时,开始加入硫脲并滴加双氧水,控制滴加速度,使反应温度保持在20℃以下。当pH值在3-5以后,可反复投料。反应将结束时,可加水使反应温度不再上升。当pH值在2-3,料温降至5℃左右时,可将氧化产物放至离心机甩干,再纺烘房干燥而得二氧化硫脲。1t产品消耗98%的硫脲1t,30%的双氧水3.4t。此外,本品以臭氧和硫脲为原料或以氰氨化钙、硫化铵和双氧水为原料也可制得。
