  • 方法一:以丁烯酸为原料,经以下步骤制得。将丁烯酸和乙醇与四氯化碳混合,添加硫酸,回流反应12h,回收乙醇和四氯化碳,并盐析得到巴豆酸乙酯。将巴豆酸乙酯、乙醇与氰化钠水溶液回流反应5h。再加入氢氧化钡溶液,经减压浓缩至粥状,冷却。加入硝酸,剧烈反应放出氰化氢气体。减压浓缩至干,用苯、乙醚提取后得粗品,最后用苯、水重结晶各一次,即得成品。
