  • 植物生长调节剂:丁酰肼是一种植物生长调节剂的抑制剂,1962年由美国橡胶公司研发成功,其作用是阻止细胞分裂,抑制细胞伸长,矮化幼苗,并可提高花生的抗旱性,使许多果树提前开花,提高坐果率和防止采前落果等。丁酰肼被植物吸收后,可以抑制植物体内的内源赤霉素的生物合成和内源生长素的合成,主要作用是抑制新枝徒长,缩短节间长度,增加叶片厚度及叶绿素含量,防治落花促进坐果,诱导不定根形成,刺激根系生长,提高抗寒力。丁酰肼通过植物根、茎、叶进入体内,具有良好的内吸、传导性能,随营养流传导到作用部位,在叶片中,丁酰肼可使叶片栅栏组织伸长,海绵组织疏松,提高叶绿素含量,增强叶片的光合作用。在植株顶部可抑制顶端分生组织的有丝分裂。在茎枝内可缩短节间距离,抑制枝条的伸长。丁酰肼是具广谱性、适用性的植物生长调节剂。 20世纪80年代中后期怀疑其具有致畸作用,有些国家曾禁用或限制使用。1992年世界卫生组织进行再次评估,认为产品中丁酰肼的水解产物偏二甲基肼(或称非对称二甲基联氨)含量小于30毫克/千克可以使用。但仍须注意,近期将收获的作物勿使用,也不要食用刚用药处理不久的果品等农产品,最好不要用在蔬菜上。 以上信息由ChemicalBook的彤彤编辑。
