  • 方法二:丁二酸除存在于琥珀外,还广泛存在于多种植物、动物的组织中。工业制法较多,主要有以下几种:1.氧化法石蜡经氧化生成各种羧酸的混合物,分离后可得丁二醇。2.加氢法顺丁烯二酸酐或反丁烯二酸在催化剂作用下加氢反应,生成丁二酸,然后经分离得到成品。催化剂为镍或贵金属,反应温度约为130-140℃。3.丙烯酸羰基合成法丙烯酸和一氧化碳在催化剂作用下,生成丁二酸。尚未工业化。4.电解氧化法苯酐与硫酸和水按1:0.5:4比例,在陶瓷电解槽中电解,可得丁二酸。5.乙炔法乙炔与一氧化碳及水在[CO(CO)4]催化剂存在下。反应温度80-250℃,压力2.94-49.03MPa,于酸性介质中反应可得丁二酸。
