  • Alfa Aesar:N-甲基二乙醇胺,98+% N-Methyldiethanolamine, 98+%(105-59-9)
  • 方法一:1.由甲醛与二乙醇胺反应而得。将甲酸加入反应锅内加热至沸,在搅拌下滴加甲醛和二乙醇胺的混合液,约1h滴完,温度维持在90-98℃,继续回流4h。然后进行减压蒸馏,收集120-130℃(0.53kPa)馏分,即得N-甲基二乙醇胺,收率为85%。2.由甲胺与环氧乙烷反应而得。温度保持在30℃以下,将环氧乙烷气体通入20%的甲胺溶液中进行加成反应,通至反应液的相对密度达到1.025为止。搅拌15min,相对密度不变即为终点。常压回收甲胺至103℃,减压蒸水后,收集119-170℃(4.67kPa)馏分。即为成品。收率72%。原料消耗定额:环氧乙烷950kg/t、甲胺(40%)870kg/t。此外,以甲醛与氰乙醇为原料,经催化加氢也可制得N-甲基二乙醇胺。
