  • 方法一:由苯甲醛与氰化钠缩合得苯偶姻（安息香）后，再经硝酸氧化而得。这一工艺过程因产生亚硝酸气体而造成污染，反应激烈，需仔细操作。生产试剂联苯酰也有采用乙酸铜或硫酸铜的，例如，将4100g结晶硫酸铜、4000g吡啶及1600g水一起搅拌加热，然后加入1696g苯偶姻，加热反应2h，反应物变成深绿色，冷却后倾出硫酸亚酮-吡啶溶液。结晶用水洗涤后与10%盐酸共热。冷却后滤出结晶，可得1450g联苯酰。用空气或硝酸使苯偶姻氧化即得该品。将苯偶姻和硝酸（40%）加入反应锅，经4h慢慢升温至110℃，并保持反应1h。然后冷至40℃以下，甩滤、水洗，得联苯酰粗品。将粗品加水，用30%氢氧化钠调节pH至12，加热至100℃溶解，冷却后过滤，水洗得成品。收率95%以上。
