• 方法一:由已内酰胺与硫酸二甲酯反应而得。将已内酰胺溶解于苯中，加热回流，在搅拌下滴加硫酸二甲酯。加完后回流反应16h，冷却，用50%碳酸钾溶液洗涤，分出上层有机层，用无水氯化钙干燥过夜。滤出氯化钙后在常压下蒸出苯，继续旱灾行减压蒸馏而收集得到N-甲基已内酰胺。收率为68.8%。
