  • 方法一:其制备方法是用2,4-二氯甲苯在光照下侧链氯化得到的2,4-二氯亚苄基二氯进行水解,得到2,4-二氯苯甲醛。 将2,4-二氯甲苯和催化剂PCl 3 (用量约为2,4-二氯甲苯质量的1%)加到氯化反应器中,加热至120℃,在光照条件下通入氯气进行反应,当取样经GC分析2,4-二氯甲苯的转化率≥99%时,即为氯化反应终点,得到氯化产品,2,4-二氯氯苄0.62%,2,4-二氯亚苄基二氯85.18%,α,α,α-三氯-2,4-二氯甲苯13.83%。2,4-二氯亚苄基二氯收率达87.1%。将2,4-二氯亚苄基二氯粗品和催化剂金属氧化物一并加入水解釜中,加热至100℃,滴加入适量水进行水解反应,反应约3.5h取样经GC分析,2,4二氯亚苄基二氯的转化率>;99%即为水解反应终点,静置数小时分出水层,油层物用10%Na CO 洗涤中和至碱性,将水解得到醛和酸分开,醛粗品经蒸馏得2,4-二氯苯甲醛。 目前合成2,4-二氯苯甲醛的新工艺采用戊二酮法,即戊二酮在DME和POCl 3 存在下进行环合,得到2,4-二氯苯甲醛,一步法工艺收率65%~75%,但尚需进一步研究进行工业化。
