  • 萘胺的健康危害:萘胺有二种异构体,即甲萘胺(1-萘胺或α萘胺)和乙萘胺(2-萘胺或β萘胺),分子量143.18。甲萘胺为黄色针状结晶,比重1.13,熔点50℃,沸点300.8℃; 易溶于醚和醇,微溶于水。乙萘胺为无色或粉红色片状晶体,比重1.061,熔点110.2℃,沸点306.1℃;溶于热水,醇、醚和苯。萘胺主要用于染料工业,并用作橡胶硫化的促进剂。甲萘胺还用于合成一些含萘基的化合物。 两者均为染料等有机合成的中间体。生产1-萘胺时常共生 5%左右的2-萘胺。20世纪50年代大规模职业病调查认为2-萘胺为强致癌物,1-萘胺也有致癌性,主要是由于其代谢物引起膀胱癌,也能引起其他癌症。煤焦油和香烟烟雾中都含有。目前多数国家已禁止生产2-萘胺,并限制1-萘胺内共存的2-萘胺含量。 萘胺可经呼吸道进入人体,也可从胃肠道和皮肤进入。萘胺进入人体后,小部分以原形由尿排出,绝大部分转变为有致癌作用的羟基衍生物及醌亚胺 (NH:C6H4:O)类衍生物。乙萘胺可引起接触性皮炎。急性中毒可以导致高铁血红蛋白血症或急性出血性膀胱炎。长期接触乙萘胺的主要危害为发生膀胱肿瘤,诱发期平均15~20年。小部分接触者可在调离工作后几年才发病。多为恶性膀胱癌,起病缓慢,早期症状为突然发生无痛性血尿或呈显微镜下血尿。膀胱镜检查可辅助确诊。 长期接触者应定期进行尿常规及细胞学检查,如有异常应及时进行膀胱镜检查。确定诊断膀胱肿瘤后,应立即进行手术治疗。 有的国家认为萘胺是人体致癌物,故规定工作场所不允许测出萘胺。我国要求严格控制,但未作具体规定。 参考:中国医学百科全书。

  • 化学性质:2-萘胺又名乙萘胺和β-萘胺,白色至淡红色有光泽的片状晶体,能随水蒸气挥发。对人体有害,有致癌作用,国际癌症研究所(IARC)将联苯胺、2-萘胺及4-氨基联苯列为人类致癌物(证据充分),应特别小心使用。相对密度1.0614 (98/ 4℃),熔点111~113℃,沸点306℃。不溶于冷水,但溶于热水,可溶于乙醇、乙醚和苯等。水溶液有蓝色荧光。能被硝酸银的热氨溶液还原。由2-萘酚与氨水和亚硫酸铵在高压下作用而制得。2-萘胺是一种重要的染料中间体,可用于制造偶氮染料、酞菁染料、活性染料(活性艳橙K-7R、活性金黄X-G、活性金黄KM-G、活性黄KM-RN、大红色基B)及J酸等。也用作有机分析试剂和荧光指示剂。还可作为有机合成的原料。 本品可经呼吸道、胃肠道和皮肤进入。长期接触β-萘胺能引起膀胱癌变。对皮肤有弱刺激作用,可引起接触性皮炎,能引起高铁血红蛋白血症。确诊膀胱肿瘤后应及早手术治疗。预防首先应进行工艺改革,用1-磺酸乙萘胺代替β-萘胺。生产设备应严格密闭,防止有毒蒸气和粉尘的外逸。 ChemicalBook的Andy编辑整理。
