  • 方法一:将885 kg一氯乙酸投入耐酸釜中,搅拌下加热至64 ℃,全熔后滴加1 220 kg 30%的液碱进行中和反应。在80~90 ℃反应5~6 h。得到一氯乙酸钠水溶液。将中和液送入薄膜蒸发器中,在真空下浓缩。接近饱和时打入缩合釜,加热到60 ℃,用碳酸钠饱和溶液调pH值至7~8。继续升温至80 ℃,在搅拌下加入400 kg氯化铵饱和溶液。加毕后,再搅5 min,混合均匀。再用液碱调pH值至9~10。停止反应。静置4 h。过滤。收集滤液。将滤液打入酸化釜中,加盐酸酸化,当pH值达到0.5~1.2时,停止加酸。冷却静置,结晶。将上层液吸出,用水洗涤结晶数次,干燥得成品。
