  • 方法一:2,5-二甲基-2,5-己二醇的工业生产大都以乙炔、丙酮为原料,过去以常压炔化法应用较广,该工艺路线为常压炔化、水解和氢化三步。乙炔、丙酮于常压下,在溶剂中与过量的氢氧化钾进行炔化反应,生成2,5-二甲基-3-己炔-2,5-二醇钾,继而在酸性条件下水解生成2,5-二甲基-3-己炔-2,5-二醇,最后以雷尼镍为催化剂,在2~2.5 MPa压力下催化加氢得到产品。 常压炔化法技术较成熟,但对气-液相的炔化反应,常压操作的生产效率从动力学观点来看较低,并只能间歇进行,另外氢氧化钾消耗量大,又不便回收利用,并且设备腐蚀严重,操作麻烦等。 我国西南化工研究院开发的加压炔化法制备2,5-二甲基一2,5-己二醇,工艺过程为加压炔化、缩合和加氢三步,将乙炔和丙酮在高压釜中18~20 kgf/cm 2 (1kgf/cm 2 =98.0665kPa)压力下,温度35~40℃进行反应生成2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇,然后在30~50℃再与丙酮缩合成2,5-二甲基-3-己炔-2,5-二醇,最后在10kgf/cm 2 压力下,用兰尼镍为催化
