  • 方法一:金属卤化物催化法 用金属卤化物代替浓硫酸催化合成乳酸乙酯，收率65%～71%。 稀土化合物催化法 将乙醇0.22～0.33mol、乳酸0.1lmol、带水剂25mL和稀土化合物(与酸的摩尔比为1:100)加入烧瓶，回流反应2.5～3h。反应液蒸去过量的乙醇、带水剂和未反应的乳酸后减压蒸馏，收集产品，产率74%～79%。 硫酸催化法 在硫酸催化下乳酸与过量的乙醇酯化而得乳酸乙酯；也可在四氯化碳中加热回流脱水24h，常压蒸馏回收过量的乙醇，再减压蒸馏出成品。 CH3CH(OH)COOH+C2H5OH[H2SO4]→CH3CH(OH)COOC2H5+H2O 固体酸催化法 NaY分子筛经水洗、干燥、高温灼烧，再用一定浓度NH4C1溶液搅拌加热浸渍，进行离子交换，将NH4Y过滤、洗涤、干燥，550℃高温活化，即得固体酸HY。 然后将乳酸、乙醇、苯、HY加入反应瓶，HY/乳酸=25/100(质量)，乳酸/乙醇(摩尔)=1/3。在100～160℃下回流分水反应8～10h，酯化率60%以上。 蒸馏酯化法 将225g80%的乳酸、475mI。(380g)95%的乙醇、100mL苯、2mL浓硫酸和少许沸石加入分水蒸馏装置的烧瓶(1000mL)中。加热反应液至沸，蒸汽(乙醇、苯和水)经蒸馏柱后进入冷凝器，分出水层后回流至蒸馏柱，柱顶温度稳定在64.9℃。当分出水层240g(其中含乙醇119g、水99g、苯22g)后，基本无水分出，柱顶温度升至68℃时，酯化结束。反应液冷却后加入6g无水醋酸钠中和硫酸，进行减压蒸馏。先全回流1h，然后在2.45kPa的真空度下，控制回流比不小于5，柱顶温度58℃，蒸馏出无色清亮的乳酸乙酯226g，收率96%。
