  • 硅烷偶联剂KH-590:硅烷偶联剂KH-590是最早被广泛应用的偶联剂,到目前为止已有40多年的历史。其结构的一端有能与环氧、酚醛、聚酯等类合成树脂分子反应的活性基团,如氨基、乙烯基等。另一端是与硅相连的烷氧基(如甲氧基、乙氧基等)或氯原子,这些基团在水溶液或空气中水分的存在下,水解生成可与玻璃、矿物质、无机填充剂表面的羟基反应,生成反应性硅醇。因此,硅烷类偶联剂常用于硅酸盐类填充的环氧、酚醛、聚酯树脂等体系。另外,还可用于玻璃钢生产,以提高其机械强度及对潮湿环境的抵抗能力。硅烷偶联剂的有机基团对合成树脂的反应具有选择性,一般,这些有机基团与聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等合成树脂缺乏足够的反应性,因而偶联效果差。近年来,已开发了对聚烯烃有较好偶联作用的新品种硅烷偶联剂,但限于成本和其他性能,应用尚不普遍。 硅烷偶联剂又名硅烷处理剂; 底涂剂。通式为Y (CH2)nSiX3在分子中具有两种以上不同反应基的有机硅单体,它可以和有机与无机材料发生化学键合 (偶联),增加两种材料的粘接性。通式中n为0~3的整数; X为可水解基团,如氯、甲氧基、乙氧基、乙酰氧基等,易水解生成硅醇,可与无机物质反应而结合; Y为有机官能团,如乙烯基、氨基、环氧基、甲基丙烯酰氧基、巯基等,可与有机物质反应而结合。典型硅烷偶联剂性能如下表:用于玻璃纤维、无机填料表面处理。用作密封剂、胶粘剂和涂料增稠剂。还应用于使固定化酶附着到玻璃基材表面、油井钻探防砂、使砖石表面具有憎水性、使荧光灯涂层具有较高的表面电阻、提高液体色谱中有机相对玻璃表面的吸湿性能等。由硅氯仿与带有活性基团的烯烃在铂催化剂催化下加成再经醇解制得。
