  • 鉴别试验:取试样20mg,溶于0.01mol/L盐酸100ml中。取该溶液10ml,加0.01mol/L盐酸至100ml。该溶液在262nm±2nm处有最大吸收值。 钠盐反应阳性(IT-28)。 取0.03%试样水溶液3ml,加盐酸1ml和溴试液(TS-46)1ml,于水浴上加热30min,吹入空气以排除多余的溴,加10%二羟基甲苯的乙醇液O.2ml及硫酸铁铵盐酸试液(T孓100)3ml,于水浴上加热20min后,应呈绿色。 取(1+20)试样水溶液5ml,加入镁氧试液(TS-133)2ml,应无沉淀。再加硝酸7ml,煮沸10min后用氢氧化钠液(TS-224)中和后,其磷酸盐试验(IT-26)应呈阳性。
