  • 方法一:1.邻氯甲苯法以邻氯甲苯为原料,在三氯化磷存在下,通氯气制得。将邻氯甲苯加入反应锅中,再加3%的三氯化磷,于90℃沸腾情况下通入干燥的氯气,并用光照,通氯反应16h,吸氯增重为85-90%,反应升温达210-220℃,反应液相对密度达1.53(20℃)时为反应终点。经排氯、排盐酸气后,减压蒸馏,收集135-137℃(2kPa)馏分,得邻氯三氯甲苯。氯化反应也可以在氯化磷存在下进行。收率为74%。2.甲苯氯化法将甲苯和四氯化钛冷却到10℃左右开始通氯,反应温度控制在15-20℃。通氯至反应液相对密度达1.078-1.082为止,将反应液用水洗至pH为6-7,用无水氯化钙干燥后蒸馏收集156-160℃馏分,得含量约为77%的邻氯甲苯(含对氯甲苯)。再按上述方法,加五氯化磷通氯气氯化,也可制取该品。
