  • 方法一:将1 mol硬脂酸投入反应釜加热熔融。在搅拌下继续升温至200 ℃,开始通入氨气。氨气从釜底通入,加快搅拌速度,加强气态与液态的接触。副产物水和未反应的氨气通过冷凝系统进入回收装置。当通入氨气相当硬脂酸质量份数的2倍时,取气样检验,如果气体中不再含有水,反应到终点。停止通氨,趁热出料加工成型。用乙醇溶解后加入活性炭脱色,趁热过滤,冷却结晶,水洗晶体,干燥即为纯品。

  • 用途二:本品用作为聚氯乙烯,聚苯烯,脲醛树脂等塑料加工用的润滑剂和脱模剂,具有优良的外部润滑作用和脱模性。也具有较好的透明性和电绝缘性。用于硬质透明挤塑成型时一般用量为0.3~0.8 份。但本品的润滑性不如硬脂酸。持效性较短,热稳定性较差,有初期着色性。与少量高级醇配合可以克服上述缺点。如在树脂中用量过大时易向制品表面析出,影响印刷性和透明性。本品亦可作聚烯烃的爽滑剂和薄膜抗粘连剂。亦可作为天然橡胶和合成橡胶的内部脱模剂和润滑剂,改善橡胶的加工性。提高颜料等其他助剂的分散效果,赋予制品良好的光泽。作油基钻井液乳化剂,金属拉丝的润滑剂。
