  • 用途一:用于制备乳化剂、表面活性剂和硫化促进剂,有机合成、酸性气体吸收剂。经拆分得(+)2-氨基丁醇,用于生产抗结核药乙胺丁醇。
  • 方法一:由丁烯-1与乙腈、氯气发生氯化加成反应,再经水解、醇化、碱化而得。除碱化操作外,过程在管道化装置中连续按下述顺序进行。丁烯-1的纯度为50-80%。氯化反应摩尔比为丁烯-1:氯:乙腈=1:0.85:7-8反应温度40-50℃,进料流速为2.5-3.0kg/h。氯化反应毕,将反应中的乙腈和二氯丁烷利用乙腈回收塔蒸馏回收。然后进行醇解反应,将馏出的反应液加入相当于丁烯-1重量的盐酸和乙醇中,以常压进料,塔底温度104℃,塔顶温度72-75℃,边反应边蒸出生成的乙酸乙酯、水和乙醇的混合液。醇解反应液,再经氢氧化钠碱化,蒸馏得粗品2-氨基丁醇。最后经减压分馏得含量95%以上的产品。
