• 上游原料:L-丙氨酸
• 能与水、醇、醚、丙酮和氯仿混溶，微溶于芳香烃和脂肪烃。有吸湿性。略带氨味
• 方法一:由β-羟基丙腈化催化加氢而得。将β-羟基丙腈、阮尼镍和乙醇、氨加入高压釜中，通氢气至2.94MPa，于100-120℃保持氢气压力，至不吸氢后继续保温2h。反应结束后降温，过滤回收阮尼镍，将滤液减压蒸馏，收集90-92℃/2.0kPa馏分而得，含量95%以上，收率接近70%。
