  • 有机试剂:磷酸三甲酯是一种有机试剂,常温下稳定,在各种树脂中的溶解度良好,粘度低,色相低,所以可用作特殊溶剂;环氧树脂添加剂(降低粘度);聚酯纤维加工时的防着色剂(改善染色质量);纺织用油剂;用作汽油添加剂,可防止爆震,改善辛烷值,提高加铅汽油存贮时的稳定性;也可用作汽油表面点火的控制剂,高温时四乙基铅分解抑制剂;非腐蚀性汽油添加剂;聚酯纤维聚合时的催化剂;石墨制品的改性剂;增塑剂;萃取剂;农药杀虫剂原料。磷酸三甲酯遇水发生水解,故保存时要防潮。由于其水解而释放出PO43-,从而成为形成难溶磷酸盐沉淀的均相沉淀剂,常被用作锆、铪的沉淀试剂和测定半导体的扩散源。此外,磷酸三甲酯也是一种磷脂类萃取剂,用于萃取分离某些金属离子。

  • 磷酸酯类化合物:磷酸分子中的羟基的氢原子全部或部分被烷基、芳基取代后的产物,称为磷酸酯。如果磷酰基的氧被硫取代,则称为硫代磷酸酯。 上图为磷酸酯和硫代磷酸酯的分子结构通式,其中R1、R2、R3可为相同的烷基或芳基;也可以是不同的烷基或芳基;也可以是烷基与芳基同时出现。R1、R2、 R3可以同时被置换,也可只置换其中的一个或二个。即可以生成单酯、二酯或三酯、对称酯及不对称酯等。磷酸酯广泛存在于自然界中,某些酯还具有生理活性,如核酸及辅酶中都含有磷酸酯;又如磷酸甘油酯是细胞膜所特有的主要组分;但是某些磷酸酯对哺乳动物又有很高的毒性,对胆碱酯酶、血清酯酶、胰酯酶和肝酯酶有抑制作用。 早在1870年W.Hytt等就已开始将磷酸酯用作硝酸纤维素的增塑剂,第二次世界大战后,作为增塑剂的用途发展很快,主要品种有:磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三辛酯、磷酸丁基二苯酯、磷酸甲苯基二苯酯、三(氯乙基)磷酸酯、磷酸三丁酯等。一般说,与树脂混容性好,但是除了磷酸三辛酯外,耐寒性均差。最大特点是,树脂阻燃性好,可使聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂等获得阻燃性。随着磷酸酯添加量增加,树脂阻燃性或自熄性越好。适作阻燃剂的磷酸酯主要有:三(氯乙基)磷酸酯、三(氯丙基)磷酸酯、三(二溴丙基)磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三叔丁基苯基酯等。它们均属填加型阻燃剂。作为反应型阻燃剂,是在聚合物链段中引入磷酸酯类。磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三甲苯酯可用作汽油辛烷值增加剂。磷酸三丁酯还用作消泡剂。 磷酸酯除用作增塑剂、阻燃剂外,还大量用作农药的除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,它们是有机磷农药的一大类,约有400余种,如特丁磷、高灭磷、家蝇磷、乙酯磷等。
