  • 用途二:该品为农药中间体，可用于生产杀暝松、杀暝晴、1605、甲基1605、甲胺磷和乙酰甲胺磷等。该品具有有机磷农药的毒性，对眼、粘膜及皮肤有刺激性，吸入或经皮肤吸收会引起中毒。小白鼠口服LD50为450mg/kg。
  • 方法一:甲基氯化物的合成主要有两条路线。如以三氯硫磷为原料，则又分甲醇钠法、醇碱两步法、水碱一步法及液碱两步法等；若以五硫化二磷为原料，则先与甲醇反应制成二硫代磷酸甲酯，再经氯化而成，氯化剂可用液氯、氯化亚砜、三氯化磷和五氯化磷等。国内工业生产主要采用三氯硫磷路线，过去多采用醇碱两步法和水碱一步法，现在采用的是液碱两步法。 将三氯硫磷先冷却至-7℃，加甲醇反应4h，控制反应温度在0℃以下，产物经水洗即得O-甲基磷酰二氯(简称二氯)。将二氯与甲醇一次投入反应锅，搅拌并冷却至-5℃，滴加工业液碱(30%)，控制反应温度在0℃以下，加完后搅拌15min，产物经水洗，静置分出一氯化物，含量>;90％，二氯化物含量<;2％，三甲酯含量<;8％，收率为80％～85％(以三氯硫磷计)。本法克服了醇碱法中固碱来源困难、醇碱配制劳动强度大等缺点，但收率和含量仍偏低。 国外曾有报道，可以得到较高收率、含量的甲基氯化物，如3mol甲醇和1mol三氯硫磷在0～10℃反应，可以几乎以定量的收率和接近100％的纯度得到甲基二氯化物。将反应混合物用水急冷，分出有机相，再用3mol甲醇与1mol甲基二氯化物在有缚酸剂存在下于0～20℃反应，用水稀释后分出有机相，即得纯度为96％以上的甲基氯化物，收率高于95％。 目前国内也有采用五硫化二磷法制备高质量的甲基氯化物。 即以催化法新工艺制得的甲基硫化物为原料，在一定的反应条件下，得到甲基氯化物粗品含量平均为64.69％，收率平均为96.05％。将所得的副产物硫化钠溶液用于精制粗品甲基氯化物，解决了硫磺发黏、结块等关键问题，其中使用助催化剂是本工艺的技术关键。所得精制氯化物为清澈油状物，平均含量为97.89％，平均收率(以硫化物计)为97.87％。回收硫磺为砂状结晶，松散不黏，易于过滤。

  • 方法二:由甲醇与三氯硫磷反应生成O-甲基硫代磷酰氯，然后再与甲醇进一步反应而得。将173kg三氯硫磷投入反应锅中，搅拌冷却至-15℃，缓缓加入甲醇，温度控制在-5℃左右，加完161.5kg甲醇后，再搅拌反应10min。将反应物放在0℃的冷水中洗涤、分层，下层为O-甲基硫代磷酰氯（即二氯化物）。按二氯化物量的1.08倍称取固体氢氧化钠，溶解在4倍的重量的甲醇中配成醇碱液。将其冷至-15℃，滴加入二氯化物中，控制温度在-5℃左右。加毕，将料液吸入水洗锅中，加1%的盐酸水洗涤，静置分层，下层即为O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯。
