  • 方法一:1.由正丁醇用硫酸脱水而得将丁醇、硫酸加入反应锅，加热搅拌，温度上升至110℃左右开始回流，并分出水分。随着反应的进行，不断分出水分，温度也逐渐升高，到达135℃时反应基本完成。用水洗涤、硫酸洗涤，再用水洗涤，无水氯化钙干燥，蒸馏，收集139-142℃馏分，得丁醚。2.正丁醇在三氯化铁、硫酸铜或氧化铝上进行催化脱水制取。 用途：在醚类中，正丁醚的溶解力强，对许多天然及合成油脂、树脂、橡胶、有机酸酯、生物碱等都有很强的溶解力。丁醚对水的溶解度（20℃）为0.03%（重量），水对丁醚的溶解度（20℃）为0.19%(重量），同水的分离性好。在贮存时生成过氧化物少，毒性和危险性小，是安全性很高的溶剂。用作树脂、油脂、有机酸、酯、蜡、生物碱、激素等的萃取和精制溶剂；和磷酸丁酯的混合溶液可用作分离稀土元素的溶剂。由于丁醚是惰性溶剂，还可用作格氏试剂、橡胶、农药等的有机合成反应溶剂。 #EndEditable "Content"
