  • 方法一:工业生产方法有复分解法和中和法。 复分解法 将重铬酸钠和氯化铵按理论量配比溶于重铬酸铵母液和洗液的混合液中，加热至沸，使反应溶液浓度达37～38°Bé为止。经澄清分离不溶物后，冷却至常温。析出重铬酸铵结晶，经过滤分离出结晶与母液后，水洗除去氯化物。再经离心脱水、干燥，制得重铬酸铵成品。其 Na2Cr2O7+2NH4Cl→(NH4)2Cr2O7+2NaCl
