  • 方法一:焦磷的制造有,将市售85%磷酸脱水浓缩、将五氧化二磷溶解于85%磷酸的方法、磷酰氯和85%磷酸反应的方法。 85%磷酸浓缩法将市售85%磷酸避开局部过热,在减压下加热到约180℃脱水(100g 85%磷酸的失重约为25~30g),制得焦磷酸。 将P2O5溶解于85%磷酸的方法在激烈搅拌下,按计算量(100g85%磷酸添加95~100g P2O5)将P2O5一点一点地加到磷酸中,边加热边溶解直至透明。向生成的焦磷酸加水将P2O5含量调整到76%~79%左右。将焦磷酸自然放置(要继续防潮)则形成结晶,在冰冷却下需要两天到三天形成结晶,制得焦磷酸。 在液体焦磷酸中加晶种的方法这是大量生产高纯度结晶焦磷酸(I型或Ⅱ型)的方法,将市售含84%P2O5的连多磷酸(也叫作116%磷酸)用水稀释作成液体焦磷酸(P2O579.76%),添加适量(以重量计10%~50%)的I型或Ⅱ型焦磷酸晶种,在干燥氮气流中以防湿,在30~50℃搅拌下,经过60~180 min的诱导期,就可以制得结晶焦磷酸,纯度>95%。
