  • 组胺类扩张血管药物:盐酸倍他司汀又称抗眩宁、培他啶,为组胺H1受体激动剂,属组胺类扩张血管药物,具有扩张毛细血管,改善微循环作用,能增加脑血流量及内耳血流量,能松弛内耳毛细血管前括约肌,可消除内耳性眩晕、耳鸣和耳闭塞感。主要用于治疗梅尼埃病(一种特发性内耳疾病),急、慢性缺血性脑血管疾病,也用于治疗脑动脉硬化、缺血性脑血管病、头部外伤或高血压所致直立性眩晕、头昏、耳鸣、耳聋、内耳眩晕症等,对多种原因的头痛均有缓解作用,对褥疮也有明显疗效。 倍他司汀盐酸盐对毛细血管的扩张作用与组胺相似,但不增加其通透性,能显著增加脑和内耳血流量,消除内淋巴水肿,直接抑制前庭神经核多触突Ⅰ型神经元产生的大量冲动,从而消除梅尼埃综合征的眩晕、耳鸣和耳闭等症状。该药也有轻微的抗凝血、抗血小板聚集、降低血液黏滞度和利尿作用。
