  • 用途一:厚朴酚与和厚朴酚具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑制吗啡戒断反应等药理作用。
  • 药理作用:厚朴酚为二聚苯丙素类化合物,白色至黄褐色粉末,气香,味辛辣,微苦,是厚朴的主要活性成分,是从木兰科植物厚朴或凹叶厚朴的干燥干皮、根皮及枝皮中萃取出的小分子天然产物,具有抗炎、抗菌、保护心脑血管系统、抗焦虑及抑郁、肌肉松弛、抗氧化、改善胃肠功能紊乱及抗肿瘤等作用。 厚朴的水提物有显著的箭毒样作用,它的醇提取物可使握力降低,对由士的宁、印防己毒素等药物诱发的痉挛有强烈的抑制作用。能解除氯化钡、毛果芸香碱引起的肠痉挛,对组织胺引起的豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌收缩有抑制作用。从厚朴分离出一种水溶性生物碱——厚朴碱 (亦称木兰箭毒碱) 对横纹肌有松弛作用,能阻滞冲动在运动终板的传递,故呈神经——肌肉阻滞作用。 和厚朴酚对葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌等革兰氏阳性菌及痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等革兰氏阴性杆菌均有抗菌作用。 厚朴的乙醚提取物能使小鼠自发活动减少,并对抗甲基苯丙胺或阿朴吗啡所致的兴奋,厚朴酚和异厚朴酚也有显著的中枢抑制作用。厚朴酚可使小鼠脊髓反射完全被抑制,乙醚提取物0.25~1g/kg可呈现使任何反射消失的中枢抑制作用。 厚朴生品、姜炙品对大鼠幽门结扎型及应激二型急性实验性胃溃疡模型均有抗胃溃疡作用,尤其姜制品作用更强。用厚朴酚100mg/kg腹腔注射或皮下注射,对水浸束缚应激性溃疡病、巯基乙胺溃疡、幽门结扎溃疡均有抑制作用,还能拮抗中枢性胃酸分泌刺激剂的作用。
