  • 方法一:当需要少量光气时,可将四氯化碳与硫酸反应。将四氯化碳加热至55-60℃,滴加入发烟硫酸,即发生逸出光气,如需使用液态光气,则将发生的光气加以冷凝。工业上通常采用一氧化碳与氯气的反应得到光气。这是一个强烈放热的反应,装有活性炭的合成器应有水冷却夹套,控制反应温度200℃左右。为了获得高质量的光气和减少设备的腐蚀,经过彻底干燥的一氧化碳在与氯气混合时,应保持适当过量。将混合气从合成器上部通入,经过活性炭层后,很快转化为光气。当选用规格为Ф700×2900的合成器时,每台可年产光气200t。原料消耗定额:氯气(>99%)925kg/t、氧气(标准状况下)268(m3)kg/t、焦炭400kg/t。
