  • 方法一:由乙酰胺与溴反应而得。将乙酰胺溶于摩尔的液溴中，在冷却至4-5℃后，搅拌下加入预冷的氢氧化钾溶液。生成半固体物在0-5℃放置2-3h。在反应混合物中加氯化钠、氯仿，搅拌加热后，将氯仿溶液从固体物质中倾出，用氯仿再萃取两次。将萃取液加无水硫酸钠干燥，过滤。加入乙烷使结晶析出，冷却，过滤，用己烷洗涤，干燥即得N-溴乙酰胺。产率约50%。
