Appearance 25 白色针状结晶性粉末,呈水果似甜味,无苦的回味,甜度约为蔗糖的330~490倍。对热的稳定性较差,在室温下Ph值2.0以上较稳定。饱和水溶液25℃时Ph值为6.25。无吸湿性。熔点152~154℃,相对密度(d 4 )0.8075。微溶于水,溶于稀碱,不溶于乙醚及无机酸。
