  • 用途五:阿特拉津是内吸选择性苗前、苗后除草剂。以根吸收为主,茎叶吸收很少,迅速传导到植物分生组织及叶部,干扰光合作用,使杂草致死。在玉米等抗性作物体内,被玉米酮酶分解生成无毒物质,因而对作物安全。阿特拉津的水溶性大,在土壤中移动性大于西玛津,易被雨水淋洗至较深层,致使对某些深根性杂草有抑制作用,在土壤中可被微生物分解,残效期视用药剂量、土壤质地等因素影响,可长达半年左右。适用于玉米、高粱、林地、草地、甘蔗等防除一年生和二年生阔叶杂草和单子叶杂草。

  • 方法一:三聚氯氰的制备 三聚氯氰是合成均三氮苯类除草剂的重要中间体。它的合成包括氯化和聚合二步反应,反应式如下。 HCN+Cl2→CNCl+HCl 3CNCl[催化剂]→(CNCl)3 美国杜邦公司三聚氯氰的生产工艺如下:氯气和氢氰酸按一定的配比(氯过量)在反应塔下半部进入,塔底引入低压蒸汽,塔顶按规定进入低温水,氯气与氢氰酸在塔内生成氯氰及氯化氢,从塔项得氯氰,由塔底连续排出稀盐酸,含量约4%,送往厂废水站处理。塔顶氯氰与过量氯气经氯化钙、分子筛干燥后(含水<;10mg/L)送往聚合反应器,反应器为立式固定床,催化剂可能是活性炭(结构、催化剂、反应条件属专利),寿命一般3个月,但按生产规定每月换1次,废催化剂送焚烧炉烧却,据称调换催化剂方法很方便。聚合后所得之三聚氯氰送往下步洗涤塔,以溶剂(可能为重质芳烃,要求挥发性小)洗涤,然后贮存于贮槽内供合成均三氮苯除草剂用。吸收后尾气根据分析排空一部分,大部分循环到前步氯氰反应塔,排空之尾气去尾气洗涤塔以碱液及次氯酸钠洗涤处理。氯化反应塔为φ1m×20m高镍钢反应器,三聚反应器为φ2m×6m高镍钢反应器,尾气处理塔为φ2m×20m填料塔。 莠去津的合成 以水-氯苯为溶剂,将三聚氯氰与溶剂混合后,降温至15℃,滴加计量的乙胺,温度自行升高,加入50%量的液碱,于15~20℃反应30min;然后滴加计量的异丙胺和其余的液碱,于30~40℃反应2h。水气蒸馏蒸出氯苯和水,经分离、干燥回收氯苯,釜内科料经降温、离心分离、水洗后,进行干燥,即为原料。 CA110:212860报道了莠去津原药生产方法如下:在表面活性剂存在下,三聚氯氰(C3N3Cl3)与乙胺、异丙胺和氢氧化钠在水解质中或含碱金属氯化物的水溶液中反应,具体操作是:30g三聚氯氰和250mL水的混合物在5℃与0.1mL Slovanik T 610(环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷共聚物)反应,然后与50mL20.0%异丙胺反应,30min后与55mL 10%氢氧化钠水溶液反应,反应温度均为5~10℃,50min混合物与21.5mL39%乙胺水溶液反应,40余分钟后与50mL 10.1%氢氧化钠水溶液反应。50min后,生成物经过滤、洗涤、干燥,得产品33.1g。莠去津97.1%,西玛津1.6%,扑灭津0.9%。
