  • 用途二:用作硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、乙丙胶和其他橡胶的硫化剂;也可用作聚乙烯交联剂和不饱和聚酯的硬化剂。该品没有二叔丁基过氧化物容易气化和过氧化二异丙苯产生臭味的缺点。是乙烯基硅橡胶有效的高温硫化剂,制品的抗张强度和硬度均高,拉伸和压缩变形也比较低。该品有毒,易燃易爆,属一级危险品。
  • 上游原料:过氧化氢 --> 镍 --> 2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇 --> 二甲基己炔二醇
  • 方法一:将由乙炔与丙酮及氢氧化钾在二甲苯、丁醇溶剂中反应所得的产物经水解制得2,5-二甲基己炔二醇。反者经骨架镍催化,在2.5MPa压力下加氢制得2,5-二甲基己二醇,再将其用过氧化氢进行过氧化。过氧化反应在硫酸存在下进行,反应温度不超过15℃,反应产物过滤,用10%硫酸铵、7%碳酸氢钠洗涤,干燥,即得2,5-二甲基过氧化己烷。在硫酸存在下,再将其与叔丁醇(在30-35℃下)进行叔丁基化,反应产物分层、洗涤、干燥,过滤,即得硫化剂双25。工业品硫化剂双25的纯度≥80%。原料消耗(kg/t)丙酮 2000叔丁醇 910过氧化氢(42-48%) 2100
