  • 生产方法:异氰酸甲酯法 邻异丙氧基苯酚的制备 将1mol 2-溴丙烷慢慢滴入正在回流的1mol邻苯二酚、2mol碳酸钾、丁酮和相转移催化剂的混合液中,滴毕继续回流反应一定时间,然后蒸出绝大部分丁酮,加入足量的水溶解固体盐,再以苯萃取,萃取液用稀氢氧化钠溶液萃取,萃取液用稀盐酸中和后,再用苯萃取,氯化钙干燥,蒸出大部分苯,减压收集84~86℃/333.3Pa的馏分。得无色透时邻异丙氧基苯酚,n 25 D 1.5131,产率>;60%。 异氰酸甲酯的制备 见甲萘威的制备方法。 残杀威的合成 将1mol邻异丙氧基苯酚溶于二噁烷中。加入1mol缚酸剂,在搅拌下分次加入1mol的固体甲氨基甲酰氯,室温搅拌1h,然后将混合液倾入冰水中,充分搅拌,结晶完全后抽滤,并用冷水、石油醚洗涤,干燥后得残杀威,产率75%,熔点90.5~91℃。 国外文献报道,残杀威多采用异氰酸酯法生产,即将邻异丙氧基苯酚与异氰甲酯在二噁烷溶剂中,加数滴三乙胺作催化剂反应制得。经洗涤、干燥、重结晶后制得残杀威,收率84%。 氯甲酸酯法 先合成异丙氧基氯甲酸酚酯,再胺解合成残杀威。两步反应均在低温下进行。

  • 用途:速效、长残效氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用,无内吸作用。主要用于防治水稻螟虫、稻叶蝉、稻飞虱、棉蚜、果树介壳虫、锈壁虱、杂粮害虫和卫生害虫。用药量3~7.5g有效成分/100m 2 ,一般使用含量为0.03%~0.075%。例如防治水稻叶蝉、稻飞虱,用2%~3%粉剂225~338g/100m 2 喷粉,或以0.05%~0.1%含量的乳剂喷雾,或用4%颗粒剂300~338g进行防治。防治水稻螟虫,用15%乳油稀释400倍液喷雾。
