  • 方法一:工业上生产氰氨化钙是在高温下用氮气处理电石粉得到的。反应方程式：CaC 2 +N 2 →CaCN 2 将电石粉碎，球磨，掺入1％～3％萤石或氯化钙，混匀，在回转窑内加热到约1100℃，通入氮气反应后即得产品。 纯的氰氨化钙可由氨、一氧化碳与碳酸钙反应得到。
  • 毒性:有全身毒性作用，特别是对血管运动中枢、呼吸中枢及血液的作用，发生植物神经衰弱综合症，同时有内分泌器官和基础代谢的功能障碍。 急性中毒后可能有器质性的神经疾患，肢体无力及随后的多发性神经炎。对人致死量约40～50 g。慢性中毒往往发生类喘息性支气管炎及支气管喘息，慢性胃炎及肝炎、血压降低、心肌营养不良、性机能障碍、甲状腺及肾上腺机能障碍，皮肤会干燥、搔痒、皮炎。落入眼内会引起化脓性结膜炎、角膜溃疡及浑浊等。 紧急治疗是保持安静。眼黏膜损伤时，用水或生理盐水仔细冲洗，然后将1％奴佛卡因溶液滴人眼内；急性皮炎时，可给用铅水制的湿绷带，布紧敷液；轻度烧伤时，用1％～2％龙胆紫、亚甲蓝或亮绿的酒精溶液涂于损伤部位，轻伤可用碘酊、呋喃西林及杀菌胶布。 工作人员工作时应穿戴用致密布做的工作服，戴手套、防护眼镜、口罩。用无刺激性的脂肪软膏先涂敷手的皮肤。严格遵守个人卫生措施。
